Like many people, I want to help others. For many years that looked like doing all the things that I could see as opportunities for improvements in workflows, spaces, documents, and the like. This kept me busy and burnt me out. I realized that the most impactful work I did was helping people learn how to help themselves. I’ve now been focused on that work exclusively since January 2020 (the timing!). Leadership Tarot spun out of my consulting work to allow for more folks to access the power of reframing in their leadership challenges and practice whether you’re leading yourself or an entire organization.
